Overview
We are seeking talented team members to provide overall support to USMEPCOM MEPS USMEPCOM is a Major Command of the United States (U.S.) Department of Defense (DoD), which screens and processes applicants into the U.S. Armed Forces. USMEPCOM is the vital link between recruiting and training armed forces and operates 67 Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) located throughout the U.S.
This position requires the successful candidate to be able to obtain a Secret level clearance. The criteria for obtaining and holding a clearance are driven by US government requirements. You must be a US citizen to obtain a security clearance. Selected candidates will receive a contingent offer and the start date will be delayed until an interim Secret clearance is granted.

Manage a USAFE aviation Squadron's Training responsibities.
The Contractor shall provide HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA/A4C staff support to include management, planning, programming, and technical advice in areas of deployment readiness, mobility, force protection, operations, and combat support. The Contractor employee(s) performing the following tasks shall possess: 1) Applicable knowledge in all aspects of the Global Force Management (GFM) process and Aerospace Expeditionary Force (AEF) deployment functions to include the processes for posturing, sourcing, training, tasking, and deploying USAFE Civil Engineering personnel and equipment; 2) Experience with SORTS, ART, DRRS, JOPES, and DCAPES computer products required with active accounts; 3) Experience in military planning, operations and logistics, to include a working knowledge of military manpower and personnel systems; 4) Familiarity with United States (US) Army operations and training in order to support Joint Force Taskings (JFT), as well as USAFE and HAF organizations and functions; 5) Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and TMT; and 6) The ability to effectively communicate in written and verbal form with multiple organizations on staff and throughout the federal government. Services shall include: operational, and professional support service tasks (Example: project planning/coordinating/training etc.).
Provide Video Teleconference engineering and technical services support to USAFE-AFAFRICA/CS Video Operations Center (VOC) to include performance and management of infrastructure engineering, system/server engineering and configuration management, information management and sharing, and integration activities.
