Senior Executive Assistant

Senior Executive Assistant that will be assigned to Senior National Intelligence Service (SNIS-3and other senior leaders and assist Team Leads. 

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

 

  • Provides comprehensive and integrative staff operations supporting SNIS-3 and/or high-level executives and other leadership within a large organization, often supporting a C-suite executive.  
  • Provide executive-level and mission administrative support services to Senior Executives (SEs) to ensure efficient management of high-priority initiatives, workflow coordination, and external engagements. 
  • Independently track executive taskingscomplex travel coordination, and meeting preparation, as well as manage high-level correspondence and activity coordination requiring interaction with external entities, including other Intelligence Community (IC) organizations, Federal, State and Local government, private sector, and foreign partner representatives to support strategic decision-making while ensuring proper alignment with mission objectives.  
  • Prepare executive reports, briefings, and official documentation while maintaining secure and organized records.  
  • Function as the primary liaison for SEs by cross-collaboration with organizational staff, managing executive schedules, organizing official engagements, and ensuring meeting materials and logistical requirements are in place.  
  • Review, monitortrack and safeguard high-level correspondence, summarize key communications, and identify critical action items for executive review and decision-making.  
  • Provide timely and concise updates on strategic initiatives, ensuring leadership is informed of mission-critical developments. 

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph. 
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Executive Administration or related role. BBA or MBA is preferred.  
  • Four additional years’ experience in lieu of a degree may be considered. 
  • At least two years of Senior Executive level support experience managing complex schedules, coordinating meetings, travel plans and visitors’ arrangements for U.S. Government Senior National Intelligence Service (SNIS), Senior Executive Service (SES) and/or military General/Flag Officers (GO/FO).  
  • Ability to interact and collaborate professionally, effectively and appropriately with senior-level government professionals and other executive staff. 
  • Superb judgment and discretion 
  • Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including writing, reading, editing, drafting email correspondence and verbal presentations.  
  • Proficiency with various office and digital tools, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 

 

Physical Requirements: 

  • Work is typically performed in an office setting. 
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. 
  • Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
