ITility is seeking an experienced performance driven IC Talent Acquisition Manager for our PMO. This position is supporting a new government client and contingent on the contract award. This position will be located at our ITility headquarters in Chantilly.

Talent Manager
The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager leads the full recruitment lifecycle for the client program, applying innovative, intelligence‑community‑ready talent strategies to attract, assess, and onboard highly qualified personnel for mission‑critical roles. This role ensures strict compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and contractual requirements while meeting aggressive staffing timelines. The TA Manager partners closely with the Program Security Officer (PSO) to enable rapid candidate vetting, clearance coordination, and secure onboarding to sustain workforce readiness and support evolving program demands.
