Join the ITility team and make a difference! ITility seeks a two talented Engineering Subject Matter Expert to support Network Operations functions and assist in systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation.

This position is contingent upon contract award. This position is remote, but will travel to client sites in Pennsylvania and Ohio.

• Provides technical knowledge and analysis of highly specialized applications and operational environment, high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice on exceptionally complex problems that necessitate high-level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.
• Participates as needed in all phases of software development with emphasis on the planning, analysis, modeling, simulation, testing, integration, documentation and presentation phases.
• Support Network Operations functions by providing skills and expertise in network engineering and operational support of current and new technologies to the agency Local Area Network (LAN) enclaves.
• Manage the regular lifecycle maintenance, ongoing operations, expanding mission requirements around the globe, planned upgrades, new technology insertion, and strategic capability development of LAN systems and equipment with the goal of providing a secure, reliable, and high-performance network.

Minimum Experience:

• Ten (10) years experience in Network Operations, or Software Development. 
• Clearance: Secret with an IT-I Critical Sensitive investigation. 
• Certifications: 
  • CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP or CAP,CASP+ CE, CISM, CISSP (or Associate), GSLC, CCISO, or HCISPP.
• Must have an active Cisco Certified Network Professional or Cisco Certified Network Professional - Enterprise (CCNP or CCNP-E).

Physical Requirements:

• Work is typically performed in an office setting.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
• Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
