Join the ITility team and make a difference! ITility seeks a talented Executive Support Team - Office Lead to assist in managing Executive Support Team in support of Senior Executives and Office Leadership.

 

This position is contingent upon contract award. This position is onsite at the Client location within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive executive and mission support services to facilitate the effective collaboration, integration and execution of administrative and operational functions across multiple offices.
  • Manage high-level workflows, coordinate processes, and support executive decision-making by ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Enhance organizational efficiency by supporting executive coordination, operational planning, and documentation.
  • Ensure leadership priorities are executed efficiently while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and confidentiality across all assigned responsibilities by leveraging expertise in administrative operations and workflow management.
  • Support for multiple levels of senior executive civilian and military leadership, each requiring tailored approaches, varying degrees of complexity, and distinct functional expertise to meet their specific operational needs.
  • Additional duties as needed to support the mission. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret SCI Clearance and an Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree, within business administration, finance, economics, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Executive Administration or related role. In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required.
  • Exceptionally skilled at prioritizing and managing multiple tasks, allocating and optimizing resources, and managing timelines.
  • Experience supporting C-Suite and other Senior Executives (preferably U.S. Government Senior National Intelligence Service (SNIS), Senior Executive Service (SES) and/or military General/Flag Officers (GO/FO).
  • Can interact effectively and appropriately with senior-level government professionals, department heads, committees, volunteers, and other executive staff.
  • Prior experience coordinating meetings, and visitors’ arrangements.
  • Prior experience coordinating travel plans.
  • Prior experience managing complex schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Expert level experience in MS Office Suite skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is typically performed in an office setting.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see. 
  • Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
