This position is contingent upon contract award. This position is onsite at the Client location within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provides mid-level administrative, secretarial and staff operations support to a federal executive or official within an office, involving calendar and travel management, document preparation and management, meeting coordination (including preparing agendas and minutes), acting as a communication liaison, managing sensitive and confidential information.
  • Manages complex scheduling, correspondence, and mission office coordination.
  • Ensures centralized coordination of leadership priorities by overseeing workflow efficiency, tracking operational tasks, and acting as the primary POC for executive scheduling, engagements, and decision-making support.
  • Support the coordination of high-level workflows, track operational tasking, and facilitate communication across internal and externalstakeholders.
  • Oversee workflow efficiency, manage executive schedules, and ensure that leadership engagements are properly aligned with mission objectives.
  • Assist in the development of reports, briefings, and correspondence to ensure leadership has the necessary information for decision-making.
  • Coordinate and oversee meeting logistics, prepare background materials, and track follow-up actions to maintain operational continuity.
  • Support executive travel and operational requirements, ensuring that logistical and administrative needs are addressed in alignment with organizational priorities and policies.
  • Function as a central POC for workflow management and operational coordination, supporting leadership’s ability to execute strategic initiatives efficiently.
  • Facilitate the flow of information, monitor the progress of key operational tasks, and provide responsive support to ensure adaptability to shifting mission priorities.
  • Additional duties as needed to support the mission. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret SCI Clearance and an Active Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree, within business administration, finance, economics, or a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in Executive Administration or related role. In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required.
  • Prior experience coordinating meetings, and visitors.
  • Prior experience coordinating travel plans.
  • Prior experience managing complex schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is typically performed in an office setting.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see. 
  • Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
