This position is contingent upon contract award. This position is onsite at the Client location within the Washington D.C. Metropolitan Area.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Provides comprehensive and integrative staff operations support a high-level executives and other leadership within a large organization, often supporting a C-suite executive.
  • Coordinate complex travel arrangements, meeting preparation, and information gathering to ensure the efficient workflow and productivity of the supported executive.
  • Provide executive-level and mission administrative support services to Senior Executives (SEs) to ensure efficient management of high-priority initiatives, workflow coordination, and external engagements.
  • Provide executive support, including managing high-level workflows, travel coordination, correspondence, and engagements with external entities such as the Intelligence Community (IC), Federal, State and Local government, and private sector and foreign partner representatives to support strategic decision-making.
  • Independently track executive tasking, manage high-level correspondence, and coordinate activities requiring interaction with external entities, including other IC organizations, Federal, State and Local government, and private sector and foreign partner representatives.
  • Prepare executive reports, briefings, and official documentation while maintaining secure and organized records.
  • Function as the primary liaison for SEs by cross-collaboration with organizational staff, managing executive schedules, organizing official engagements, and ensuring meeting materials and logistical requirements are in place.
  • Review, monitor, track and safeguard high-level correspondence, summarize key communications, and identify critical action items for executive review and decision-making.
  • Provide timely and concise updates on strategic initiatives, ensuring leadership is informed of mission-critical developments.
  • Additional duties as needed to support the client. 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active Top Secret SCI Clearance with Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
  • Bachelor’s degree, within business administration, finance, economics, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of experience in Executive Administration or related role. In lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of experience is required.
  • At least 5 years of Senior Executive level support experience (preferably U.S. Government Senior Leaders, Senior Executive Service (SES) and/or military General/Flag Officers (GO/FO).
  • Advanced skills in calendar management.
  • Prior experience coordinating travel plans.
  • Prior experience managing complex schedules.
  • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills.
  • Excellent writing skills.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities, and discretion.
  • Proficiency with various office and digital tools.

Physical Requirements:

  • Work is typically performed in an office setting.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see. 
  • Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
