This position is located in Philadephia, PA and contingent upon award. The Government anticipates CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for task order support, but this has not been defined as of now.

Responsibilities: 

• Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems, and processes
  relating to the subject matter.
• Serves as technical expert on executive level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.
• Thinks independently and demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills.
• Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
• Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions, which are highly innovative and ingenious.
• Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Seven (7) years of experience.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is typically performed in an office setting.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
• Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
