This position is located in Philadelphia, PA and contingent upon award. The Government anticipates CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for task order support, but this has not been defined as of now.

Responsibilities: 

• Analyzes user needs to determine functional and cross-functional requirements.
• Performs functional allocation to identify required tasks and their interrelationships.
• Identifies resources required for each task.

Minimum Requirements:

• BA/BS with at least five (5) years of experience.
• Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.

Physical Requirements:

• Work is typically performed in an office setting.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, demonstrate manual dexterity, climb stairs, talk, hear and see.
• Must have the ability to lift 15-25 pounds.
