Join the ITility team and make a difference! ITility seeks a talented Implementation Subject Matter Expert - Lead to support a Proposal of ours with the Defense Logistics Agency. This position is onsite in Philadelphia, PA at the DLA facility.

This position is contingent upon award. The Government anticipates CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required for task order support, but this has not been defined as of now. 

Responsibilities:

• Provides expert support, analysis and research into exceptionally complex problems and processes relating to the subject matter.
• Serves as technical expert on executive-level project teams providing technical direction, interpretation, and alternatives.
• Thinks independently and  demonstrates exceptional written and oral communications skills.
• Applies advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
• Contributes to the development of new principles and concepts.
• Works on unusually complex technical problems and provides solutions, which are highly innovative and ingenious.
• Works under consultative direction toward predetermined long-range goals and objectives.
• Assignments are often self-initiated.
• Determines and pursues courses of action necessary to obtain desired results.
• Develops advanced technological ideas and guides their development into a final product.

Minimum Requirements:

• Seven (7) years’ experience
• Experience with Oracle EDQ and ODI tools for Implementation and Sustainment tasks.
• Experience in providing functional support for major development/upgrade efforts and postproduction.
• Expert experience in any of the following areas of Information Technology: (e.g., Information Systems Architecture, Telecommunications Systems Design, Architecture, Implementation, Information Systems Integration, Software Development Methodologies, Security Engineering, Communications or Network Systems Management), or a specific functional area (e.g., finance, logistics, or operations research)
• Expert experience providing end-to-end direction and functional oversight.
• Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance required. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience working with the Defense Logistics Agency.
