Overview

ITility seeks a talented System Administrator to support our efforts with USAR MRIC ARISS. This role will sit onsite at FT. Belvoir, VA, with some occasional travel locally to other ARISC locations. The Contractor shall support the development, management, and execution of collective training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces under the ARISS contract. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, relevant training across multiple intelligence disciplines.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Perform information assurance services and maintain classified systems in accordance with Army Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIG).

· Set up, configure, and maintain intelligence training computers, printers, scanners, and servers.

· Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and manage user accounts.

· Implement and maintain system security measures, ensuring compliance with all DOD and Army cybersecurity policies.

· Conduct system administration duties on classified communications equipment and manage configuration control documentation.

· Assist with Army Information Assurance requirements and user compliance.

· Conduct system lifecycle replacement and support IT asset management.

· Travel to multiple ARISC and MIRC locations as mission needs dictate.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field preferred.

· Minimum 5 years of experience in classified IT services and networking.

· DoD 8140/8570 IAT II certification and appropriate operating system certification required.

· Experience supporting classified networks and systems in a DOD or Army environment.

· Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and customer service skills.

· Active Secret or Top Secret / SCI clearance required; must be able to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph.

· Willingness to travel as required
