Overview

ITility seeks a talented Collective Intelligence Training SME to support our efforts with USAR MRIC ARISS. This role will sit onsite at FT. Belvoir, VA, with some occasional travel locally to other ARISC locations. The Contractor shall support the development, management, and execution of collective training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces under the ARISS contract. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, relevant training across multiple intelligence disciplines.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

· Review, analyze, and enhance training plans to ensure alignment with Army doctrine, policies, and operational requirements.

· Develop and execute comprehensive collective training exercises, including scenario planning, resource coordination, and integration of multiple intelligence disciplines (GEOINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, CI, All-Source).

· Identify gaps and areas for improvement in training programs and provide actionable recommendations to MIRC leadership and Geographical Functional Commands (GFCs).

· Coordinate with subject matter experts, role players, and stakeholders to ensure effective training delivery.

· Develop evaluation criteria, conduct after-action reviews, and provide detailed reports to improve training effectiveness.

· Manage logistical arrangements for training events, including facilities, equipment, and participant support.

· Facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing among Army Reserve Intelligence units and external partners.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of military intelligence training experience.

· Expertise in at least one intelligence discipline; broad knowledge of intelligence training doctrine and practices.

· Proficiency in planning, coordinating, and evaluating collective training exercises.

· Military education, training, and facilitation credentials required.

· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

· Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.

· Willingness to travel to ARISC and MIRC locations as needed.
