Overview

ITility seeks a talented Intelligence Analyst to support our contract with the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). This role will sit onsite at Ramstein, AFB, Germany. The Contractor shall support, operate, and conduct intelligence exchanges between foreign partnerships to include day-to-day activities and requests for information on all appropriate classified networks. This position will also work with multiple partner nations.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Create, update, and modify working aids to ensure the most accurate information and guidance is available.
  • Support, operate, and conduct intelligence exchanges between foreign partnerships to include day-to-day activities and requests for information on all appropriate classified networks.
  • Maintain a continuity folder that includes, as a minimum, official duty processes, contacts, and procedures. Provide continuity information to COR upon request. 
  • Collaborate, and share experience and training information with other service component counterparts upon request by the assigned Government POC. Contractor format is acceptable unless otherwise directed by the Government POC. 
  • Attend and participate in recurring meetings to support Partner Engagements within the IC in collaboration with 693 ISRG, USAFE, EUCOM, Major Command (MAJCOM), and other Service Components.
  • Provide assistance to daily foreign engagement taskings from 693 ISRG, 480 ISR Wing, USAFE, United States European Command (USEUCOM), United States African Command (USAFRICOM), NSA, and other COCOM elements.
  • Continuously build and maintain overall adversary situational awareness picture for Areas of Responsibility (AOR); provide products to associated AF DCGS mission crews to include trend analysis and adversary assessments and predictions.
  • Enhance AF DCGS information from external intelligence sources by: Data-mining using external agency intelligence databases, communicating and collaborating with other tactical ISR platforms, and monitoring information services and data links.
  • Synchronize analysis efforts with daily operations and continuously communicate with internal mission segments (e.g., National Air and Space Intelligence Center (NASIC), AF DCGS, in-theatre analytical elements and other external intelligence sources), identify valid ad hoc collection requirements and emerging targets, and recognize opportunities to satisfy requirements with available sensors.
  • Participate in a collaborative analytical environment by providing inputs to determine which analytical cells will provide the types and quantity of products and services to appropriate customers.
  • Provide assistance and suggestions to the assigned Government POCs on the overall foreign partner strategy to include tactical and strategic aspects.
  • Other reasonable job duties applicable to your role and location in support of the mission objectives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience working with partner nations
  • Minimum of five years of experience in at least one of the following Areas of Expertise:
    • SIGINT operations, reporting, and general SIGINT communications and dissemination architecture;
    • Air Force SIGINT operations and analysis and reporting functions;
    • Different SIGINT reporting vehicles and data formats;
    • Enemy tactics, techniques, and procedures so as to provide analysis, recommendations, and information for the accomplishment of the SIGINT analysis and reporting mission;
    • Serialized product reporting.
  • Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI. 

Physical Requirements: 

  • This position may require travel to other contract duty locations.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
