Overview

ITility seeks a talented Project Manager - Intelligence Analyst to support our contract with the United States Air Force in Europe (USAFE). This role will sit onsite at Ramstein, AFB, Germany. The Contractor shall assist in the development, execution, and implementation of plans, programs, procedures, policy, and doctrine, and provide documentation to the Government.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Research and analyze plans, concepts, organizations, and requirements supporting commander initiatives. Advise commanders, supervisors, and managers on data and information based analysis findings.
    Evaluate current interoperability and effectiveness; and provide recommendations to improve future operations to the assigned Government POC.
  • Develop products resulting from analysis, estimated completion dates, and provide recommendations to resolve deficiencies to the assigned Government POC.
    Integrate information from a variety of sources into various systems; track higher headquarters (HHQ), USAFE and local task requirements; evaluate responses for sufficient data and coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) as necessary. Deliver all requested staff packages by Government assigned suspense dates to the designated Government POC.
  • Analyze plans, data, administrative information, or systems. Evaluate collected data and its validity and determine future information needs as tasked by the assigned Government POC.
  • Develop estimates and make recommendations to the designated Government POC for deficiencies.
  • Perform data and information-based administrative reviews, studies, and analyses.  Evaluate and recommend procedures and guidance to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the program to the designated Government POC.
  • Participate in planning, developing, establishing, and executing DoD personnel and administrative program guidance. Provide project consultant capabilities to the assigned Government POC to improve ACC measured matrixes and HHQ promotion board records. Assist the Government POC in the guidance, development, and integration of 693 ISRG SharePoint requirements. Update SharePoint content and permissions.
  • Assist SMEs to further automate existing software and processes.  Review, collect, and analyze data to draft reports and briefings, and to meet 693 ISRG commander requirements.
  • Participate in exercise planning activities, coordinate 693 ISRG Control Center activities, and provide Air Force Personnel Accountability and Assessment System (AFPAAS) reports and updates. Review and update existing operations and mobility planning documentation.
  • Provide project management and functional expertise for planning, developing, coordinating, and managing 693 ISRG Commander projects and priorities.
  • Draft, review, and coordinate staff packages, and respond to data requests.
  • Perform data and information-based administrative reviews, studies, and analyses to evaluate and recommend procedures and guidance to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the personnel program.
  • Assist designated Government POC(s) in planning, developing, establishing, and executing personnel and administrative program guidance.
  • Provide data and information-based reviews of 480 ISR Wing military personnel programs as required by the assigned Government POC.
  • Conduct comprehensive organizational analyses of administrative personnel processes.
  • Provide consultant expertise to improve ACC measured matrixes and HHQ promotion board records. Consultant services include but are not limited to utilizing expertise to assist, offer insight, and provide solutions to specific, critical, and complex problems.
  • Advise commanders, supervisors, and managers on data and information-based analysis findings.
  • Other reasonable job duties applicable to your role and location in support of the mission objectives.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience managing Projects with over 10 employees. 
  • Experience performing administrative and non-administrative tasks including personnel management and financial management. 
  • Experience drafting reports and briefings, and to meet 693 ISRG commander requirements.
  • High level attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills. 
  • Prior experience managing a project in Germany performing Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with SCI 

Physical Requirements: 

  • This position may require travel to other contract duty locations.

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
