Seeking top talent to join our growing ITility team. ITility is currently seeking a Recruiter.  In this position, you will interface with ITility’s Business Leaders to understand recruiting needs and drive strategic sourcing and recruitment of technical and professional services.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop sourcing strategies that utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to identify qualified candidates.
  • Identify and source potential candidates and assess their fit for current and future needs.
  • Ensure that the applicant tracking system is maintained and completed; applicants are contacted, screened, interviewed, and dispositioned appropriately in accordance with OFCCP guidelines.
  • Manage a pipeline of passive talent in a way that promotes relationship building.
  • Participate in job fairs and/or other networking events.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to enhance candidate pipeline and company branding.
  • Engage in pre-award activities to ensure Talent Acquisition is prepared to transition on Day 1.  Assist with transition post award.

Qualifications

 

  • 0-2 years of professional or internship experience in full life-cycle talent acquisition experience supporting the Defense, FedCiv, or Information Technology market spaces.
  • Demonstrated experience in a recruiting component to include, but not limited to sourcing, Boolean searches, qualifying/screening candidates, networking, and relationship management.
  • Proven ability to maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on all candidates, searches, and other activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Demonstrate ability to utilize advanced sourcing techniques to identify talent (i.e. complex Boolean strings in Google, Chrome extensions, etc).
  • Ability to travel to hiring events and job fairs as needed.
