Responsibilities

  • Develop and teach the Warfighter Headquarters Training Programs for HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA and 3 AF at the request of HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA/CSD, with a focus on the HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA Air Component and Air Force Forces missions, AOR responsibilities, and staff functions.
  • Interview relevant personnel including, but not limited to, SMEs from A1, A2, A3, A4/7, A5/8/9, A6, Chief of Staff, Medical, Legal, Public Affairs, Safety, Political Advisors, Finance, Chaplain, Historian, NATO, AFIMSC, CAT, Operational Planning teams, and the 603 AOC, USAFE-AFAFRICA, USEUCOM, USAFRICOM, and United States Air Force (USAF) HAF, and ACC, to identify the full spectrum of requirements to be included in the Warfighter Headquarters Training Programs.
  • Research, develop, and implement courseware materials meeting the Government’s training requirements. 
  • Comply with HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA staff established milestones for production of deliverables that the Government may require to ensure the Warfighter Headquarters Training Programs satisfy Government requirements. 
  • In order to successfully develop and teach staff functions and responsibilities, contractor personnel may be given specific staff officer projects to complete that are within the scope of this PWS.
  • Solicit student feedback through verbal feedback and written student evaluation forms for each training program course. 
  • Develop course syllabi and course materials with several variations specific to a range of users, including, but not limited to, personnel assigned to HQ USAFEAFAFRICA staff and other HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA-sourced augmentees; augmentees sourced other than by HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA; personnel assigned to 3 AF (including refresher training); and refresher training for HQ USAFE-AFAFRICA augmentees. 
  • Provide the same training to NATO staffs, as required by the Government, to meet multinational training requirements during programmed USAF sponsored multinational exercises.
  • Thoroughly research, develop, update, and document all formal training programs.
  • Review, revise, and update all training course materials quarterly, as well as upon request of the Government.

 

Qualifications

  • US Citizen; active Secret security clearance.
  • Master's degree in a related field and 3 years of recent specialized experience; OR Bachelor's degree in a related field and 6 years of recent specialized experience; OR 10 years of recent specialized experience.
