  • Overview

    Provide full-time, on-site program management support for 551 Aircraft Sustainment Squadron (ACSS) at the Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker AFB OK.  


    Support AFMC Open Skies PM with technical engineering and program management expertise in direct support of the Open Skies aircraft and sensor suite sustainment and development programs.

    Complete tasks in direct support of the AFMC Open Skies program and related programs.

    Create/review/update contractual documentation for Open Skies program and related programs.

    Provide Open Skies program meeting support by completing tasks, as required, by the Open Skies program manager.

    Support preparation of annual programming and budgeting submissions.

    Review treaty compliance plans for ACSS and assigned units.

    Update any unique command-wide training materials (e.g. briefing slides) under the responsibility of ACSS.

    Assist assigned ACSS units with preparing for treaty implementation and on-site inspections.

    Operate and input treaty required information into the ACES.


    BA/BS degree with over 12 years of USAF and/or Arms Control experience  (or MA/MS degree with over 10 years of USAF and/or Arms Control experience)

    Experience providing operational, contractual, engineering or management support to USAF aviation-related programs.

    Self-motivated individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    Expert user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

    Able to communicate on paper as well as verbally.

    Working knowledge of treaties and agreements entered into by the U.S. (Preferred).

    Background or familiarity with the mission, roles, and responsibilities of ACSS (Preferred).
