  • Overview

    ITility is looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Analyst to support the DHS Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Financial Systems Modernization (FSM) Joint Program Management Office (JPMO). The JPMO is responsible for identifying, implementing, and overseeing modern and compliant financial management systems and business processes across the Department. The JPMO provides standardize business processes to align with mandates, provides change management and program management services. The JPMO also provides technology-based services and systems, in the most cost-effective manner, to facilitate the JPMO’s objective. The JPMO also leads and manages DHS business integration, financial management process standardization, functional requirements management, and the people side of change. The JPMO also prepares cost estimates and budget requests; manages available funds, program schedule, risks, and personnel; manages the execution of contracts and agreements; and ensures that project plans are implemented on schedule, within scope, and within budget.


    • Support the FSM JPMO Quality Assurance lead in all quality assurance activities related to the migration of a component level financial management system to a new FSM solution for the Financial System Modernization Joint Program Management Office
    • Ensure Quality Assurance Plant is valid, useful and enforceable.
    • Perform quality assessments of implemenation deliverables to ensure adherence to established guidelines, standards and plans.
    • Provide recommendation on best practices in support of Quality Management functions.
    • Experience with testing tools from IBM Rational or HP and testing methodologies


    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Two (2) years of Quality Assurance Analyst experience
    • Must have DHS Suitability
