operations, networking and telecommunications, databases, business continuity, disaster recovery, and physical and logical security.
Provide security engineering support. Security engineering support consists of providing guidance in the cybersecurity process, participating in technical reviews/assessments and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEMs) that focus on the software/system design and the security design, participating in security - focused technical assessments, and providing expert advice on security questions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Excellent analytical skills to understand organizational objectives, evaluate risks and controls and accurately document and support work performed and conclusions reached.
General knowledge of internal control concepts, principles, risk analysis, Privacy, process improvement and techniques, including frameworks such as NIST SP 800-60 volume II.
Five years of experience in IT risk and compliance, IT governance, IT auditing or an IT/cybersecurity related field.
A high degree of personal integrity, attention to detail, and strong analytical skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, IT/ cybersecurity related discipline is preferred.
