  • Overview

    Provides administration and data support services to systems development, management and technical personnel. Coordinates program schedules to facilitate completion of tasks, deliverables, briefings/presentations, and reviews and ensures all pertinent data, documentation and supporting materials are current and available.


    • Based on Directors guidance and experience, plan and execute all calender meetings.
    • Attend meetings with Director or as directed. Meeting support includes: Scheduling, hosting, conducting, facilitating and reproducing materials in support of meeting.
    • Documentation preparation and review.
    • Task tracking manage all task to and from the supporting organization.
    • Documentation management develop, maintain, manage all electronic file system of all information collected in response to tasking or from the consult of meetings.



    • High School diploma.
    • 3-5 years of Administrative experience.
    • Working knowledge of MS office suite including PowerPoint.
    • Recent experience with DTS (Defense Travel System).
    • Task Management System (TMS) knowledge or experience.
    • Good customer service skills required.
    • Self-starter who takes initiative and has a solid work ethic.
    • Must have good verbal and written communication and skills.
    • Must have an Interim Secret Security Clearance.



    • Bachelor’s Degree in related field.
    • MS Visio.
    • DISA experience a major plus.
