  • Overview

    ITility is seeking an experience, performance driven IT System Contingency Planning Manager to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer’s (OCIO). The candidate shall provide Information System Contingency Planning (ISCP) technical expertise, demonstrate an applied working knowledge of ISPC testing and conduct advanced technical writing to assist the Information System Contingency Plan Coordinator (ISCPC) in executing the Information System Contingency Plan (ISCP) testing, training and exercises (TT&E) for OCIO essential systems activities (ESA).


    • Provide technical writing support to include, but not limited to, research, writing, designing, editing, proofreading, stakeholder coordination and records management in a highly visible, fast-paced, time-sensitive, IT-driven environment.
    • Assist the Government ISCP Coordinator in facilitating processes with stakeholders that use or operate information systems that store, process, or transmit OCIO information or connect to an OCIO systems.
    • Assist the Government ISCP Coordinator in forming a robust and collaborative ISPC Integrated Project Team (IPT) comprised of DHS Components, Systems Owners, Subject Matter Experts (SME), Program Managers, Acquisition Personnel, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to guide the development and maintenance of information system plan testing.
    • Assist coordinating efforts with IT systems owners to develop ISCPs for general support systems, major applications and network components identified as having a Medium-High critical exposure ranking as detailed in investigatory and OCIO reports.


    • 10 Years of IT System Planning experience, including a combination of COOP and DR experience
    • Certified Business Continuity (CBC) Certification
    • BS/BA Degree
