    ITility is seeking an experience, performance driven Security Manager to support the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Information Officer’s (OCIO). The candidate shall provide highly sensitive Security Support Services including but not limited to, front-end and back-end security intake processing. Front-end and back-end security intake processing includes data analysis, gap analysis, risk analysis, quality assurance, data entry, data processing and records management of personnel security background investigations.

    Responsibilities

    • Assist front-end security intake processing through receiving security documents for processing through a centralized process. The Contractor shall assist receiving and analyzing 11000.25 Forms to determine the completeness and integrity of the personnel data reported.
    • Utilize the U.S. Office of Personnel Management National Background Investigations Bureau’s Electronic Questionnaires for Investigations Processing (E-QIP) system to grant access for applicants to submit security forms and process applicants through the security process.
    • Assist back-end security intake processing through receiving and analyzing complete encrypted, password protected PSD Contractor Security Fitness Forms.
    • Monitor the DHS Integrated Security Management System (ISMS) daily to track the status of applicant background investigations.
    • Author, develop and write highly-technical and user-friendly deliverables, including but not limited to, Executive-level briefings, dashboards, white papers, project plans, requirement documents, briefings, forms, surveys, memos, talking points, testimonies, reports, meeting minutes, manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and other program management deliverables.

    Qualifications

    • 6 Years of personnel security and/or sensitive PII data processing experience
    • BS/BA Degree
    • Security Clearance: Top Secret SCI
