  • Responsibilities

    • Prepare accurate and timely monthly invoices for FFP, T&M, and Cost Reimbursable contracts thru Deltek GCS Premier(JAMIS Prime after 9/1)
    • Submit invoices thru various client portals(WAWF)
    • Analyze Aged AR for delinquent payments and contact customers
    • Reconcile Unbilled Receivables
    • Assist with DCAA and external audits
    • Assist Senior Controller with various ad-hoc activities and reporting, as required

    Qualifications

    • A Associates’ Degree in Accounting or business mgmt. a must
    • 2-4 years of Accounts Receivable experience in government contracting.
    • Experience with inputting invoices into WAWF

    Understanding of T&M, FP, and Cost Plus billing a must.

    • Experience with government contracting accounting software required. JAMIS or Deltek GCS preferred, Deltek CostPoint a plus
    • Demonstrate a professional demeanor, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.
