  • Overview

    Work with Senior Leadership, Subject Matter Experts, and Program Managers to develop and vet work products related Cyber Security solutions.


    • Lead the development of gap closure plans
    • Develop decision brief for senior leadership groups discussing priority enterprise capability gaps
    • Provide an orderly flow of functions needed for adequate staffing and processing of the decision briefing
    • Develop structured plans and decision briefings that describe how to develop/acquire, implement, and operate the proposed capability.
    • Work with groups, subject matter experts, and program managers to develop and vet work products and resolve any outstanding comments.
    • Reduce the broad and varying opinions of capability gap closure plan development within the working groups.
    • Develop decision briefs that address the acquisition strategies, transition plans, test and pilot plans, concepts of operations/strategies, and recommended policy changes.
    • Maintain version control of the plan and decision briefing throughout the review and comment adjudication process.
    • Prepare activity and status reports.
    • Assist in the identification of risks, and issues, and may be accountable for project schedule.
    • Maintain files, records, or other operational data related to assigned work.

    • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
    • Deliverables: Gap Closure Plans and Decision Briefings, Work Product Development Process and Standard Operating Procedures


    • Bachelor’s degree in Technology area such as Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum of 4 Years Relevant Experience
    • Active DoD TS/SCI-Must have SCI walking in the door.
