    ******THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD******

    The Service Operations Manager shall also be responsible for ARNG NCR DOIM IT Services and Support such as Service Desk, LAN management, etc.

    Responsibilities

    • The Service Operations Manager shall be responsible for service delivery of processes that fall in the Service Operations area of the ITIL and process model management, such as Event Management, Problem Management, Access Management, and Request Fulfillment.

    Qualifications

    • Experience managing service operations, as a service manager, against SLAs on a DoD contract on a cost-type basis.
    • Experience managing and improving service availability and capacity management in a network environment similar to the requirements of the TOR.
    • Experience migrating a large organization from physical desktops and laptops to a Virtual Desktop Initiative (VDI) environment similar to that of the current ARNG NCR DOIM environment.
    • A bachelor’s or higher in the following are considered examples of relevant degrees - Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cyber Security
    • An IAT Level III or IAM Level III.
    • An ITIL 2007/2011 Intermediate Level Certification. Please state related exam/exams.
