  • Overview

    A3M is the MAJCOM division lead responsible for multi-role ISR policy and doctrine, maintenance of system operational configuration, development of CONOPs documents, coordination of operational plan taskings specific to the managed weapon systems, development of Air Force TTPs, proper execution of ISR procedures as established by authoritative guidance (e.g. CJCS Instruction 3250.01), and oversight of UTC management and Air Force Forces (AFFOR) readiness. A3M is also responsible to the command as the co-Program Element Monitor (PEM) for Program Management Doctrine and is therefore responsible for ensuring fiscal compliance with governing directives and proper execution of funding allocated to specified A3M programs. A3MH (High Altitude ISR Branch) is responsible for managing all aspects of current operations and operational doctrine involving Air Force high altitude multi-role ISR weapon systems and platforms.



    Support military, Government civilians and contractors for daily administrative and personnel functions for the Multi-Role Reconnaissance operations Division for approximately 35 personnel.

    Track and review division military performance reports, promotion recommendation forms, military feedback forms, and military awards and decorations for approximately 13 military personnel. Submit monthly tracking sheet to division chief/deputy chief with current status of military performance reports, promotion recommendation forms, military feedback forms, and military awards and decorations.

    Maintain, review and correct personnel records to include duty status, duty title changes, change of raters, and position number changes for approximately 10 military personnel, 6 civilians and 16 contractor personnel.

    Provide assistance for management and oversight for the A3M Division mobility program and staff ancillary training, ensuring A3M military personnel are deployment-ready when assigned to an Air and Space Expeditionary Force (AEF).

    Maintain inventory, and submit requests for administrative office supplies and equipment for the A3M division.

    Perform information management and administrative support for the division chief and deputy; maintain division chief and deputy’s office calendars; monitor organizational box; assign taskers to correct OPR; and receive telephone calls ascertaining the nature of the calls.

    Edits, modifies, maintains branch calendar with personal schedule to include appointments, leave, vacation and travel.

    Manage assigned NIPRNET/ SIPRNET e-mails/tasks and TMT tasks and ensures all responses are properly staffed and formatted before being released by A3M leadership.

    Perform duties of Alternate Security Monitor, use the Joint Personnel Adjudication System (JPAS) to confirm/process visit requests for visitors and A3M division personnel. Conduct other JPAS related inquiries.



    Possess an Associate Degree and a minimum of five years information management experience in military and civilian personnel functions and records management to include Military Personnel Data System (MILPDS), Records Information Management System (RIMS), Air Force Records Information Management System (AFRIMS), or equivalent systems.

    Possess a minimum three years’ experience in military personnel mobility program management and ancillary training management
