    ITility is looking for an experienced Internal Communications Analyst to support the DHS Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Financial Systems Modernization (FSM) Joint Program Management Office (JPMO). The JPMO is responsible for identifying, implementing, and overseeing modern and compliant financial management systems and business processes across the Department. The JPMO provides standardize business processes to align with mandates, provides change management and program management services.

     

    The JPMO also provides technology-based services and systems, in the most cost-effective manner, to facilitate the JPMO’s objective. The JPMO also leads and manages DHS business integration, financial management process standardization, functional requirements management, and the people side of change. The JPMO also prepares cost estimates and budget requests; manages available funds, program schedule, risks, and personnel; manages the execution of contracts and agreements; and ensures that project plans are implemented on schedule, within scope, and within budget.

    Responsibilities

    Specific Tasks Include:

    • Support the development and execution of stakeholder communications for the FSM JPMO.
    • Work with the appropriate subject matter experts within the FSM JPMO to gather content for stakeholder briefings and present content in a well-organized and formatted presentation.
    • Work with scheduling officials within stakeholder offices to establish the time and place for briefings. Secure meeting rooms and times for briefings hosted by the FSM JPMO.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Twelve (12) Years of general experience
    • Four (4) years of Analyst experience
    • Must have DHS Suitability
