    Assist in the oversight for SecAF reserve components conventional forces supporting Air and Space Expeditionary Forces (AEF) through policy, execution, scheduling, programing and processing of mobilization packages supporting reserve components personnel to meet Combat Air Forces (CAF) and Angle Command Support (ACS) forces for worldwide contingency operations through the Global Force Management (GFM) and AEF construct.

     

    Responsibilities

     

    Provide support to Air Force active / reserve personnel and units that accomplish mobilization packages processing actions.

    Develop products and plans based on unit and staff inputs and analysis.

    Provides periodic status briefing to leadership.

    Prepares accurate plans and reports and end products in accordance with prescribed procedures and instructions in a timely manner.

    Monitors and accurately reviews plans and tasks for execution.

    Provides clearly and easily understood end products / tasks and advice to the staff.

    Prepare and deliver oral presentations such as briefings, training sessions, and consultations sessions with other staff and unit personnel and activities to secure cooperation, resolve controversial matters, and convey information relative to in assigned program as required.

    Identify Air Force reserve component capabilities and ability to support standard / non-standard forces for emergent or rotational requirements.

     

    Qualifications

     

    Three (3) years’ experience at the wing or higher level providing technical experience executing reserve component planning and procedures related to reserve personnel activities with at least and have 3 years' experience at a wing or higher level using supporting AF programs and systems for reserve personnel execution.

    Three (3) years’ experience at the wing or higher level responding to Request for Forces and Information through Joint Staff and Headquarters Air Force staffing actions e.g. RFFs or RFI.

    Three (3) years’ experience at the wing or higher level interfacing with Headquarters Air Force, reserve component headquarters, functional communities, and AFPC to analyze to plan reserve component mobilization.

    Three (3) years’ experience at the wing or higher level with Manpower MPA Man-day Management System (M4S) and automated systems to execute the MPA program; Deliberate and Crisis Action Planning and Execution Segments (DCAPES), Joint Operations Planning and Execution System (JOPES) and Air National Guard Reserve Order Writing Systems, AROWS programs and systems at wing or higher level.
