    Seeking mid-level professional who will be responsible for supporting Department of State Counterintelligence initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare status reports, briefing presentations, and special projects for review
    • Track projects via work breakdown structures
    • Prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in tracking and reporting program activities
    • Assist in gathering technical and programmatic input to support client briefings, status reports, and deliverable preparation
    • Assists in counterintelligence investigative analysis and project support in support of the administration and execution of the customer’s mission as well as related activities to support the availability, reliability and integrity of Department’s Counterintelligence investigations
    • Provide professional support to DOS’ program for the protection of Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI). This includes, but not limited to, supporting periodic security reviews (PSRs), SCI and collateral training, and processing personnel for access to SCI
    • Support the Division Manager and members of the team in routing office administration, personnel, financial, database administration, and project requirements

    Qualifications

    MINIMUM EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum of three years professional experience in a related field
    • A qualified typist is required with a proficiency in the Microsoft Suite
    • Working knowledge of MS Project

     

    A TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance is required for this position
