The Environmental Protetection Agency (EPA) requires Information Technology (IT) support services for Region 2 encompassing NJ, NY, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands. The Help Desk Specialist (Tier III)/Desktop Support Specialist will oversee all aspects of the Regional Office IT help desk support services.

The Boston regional office on-site Senior Help Desk Specialist (Tier III)/Desktop Support Specialist shall be responsible for:
