  • Overview

    The Environmental Protetection Agency (EPA) requires Information Technology (IT) support services for Region 2 encompassing NJ, NY, Puerto Rico, and US Virgin Islands.  The Voice Communication Analyst will oversee all aspects of the Regional Office voice communication support services.

     (This position is contingent upon award)

    Responsibilities

    • The New York regional office on-site Voice Communication Analyst shall be responsible for supervision of all voice communication services rendered to Region 2.
    • The Voice Communication Analyst shall be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, controlling, and coordinating this function and serve as the contact point for any questions.
    • The Voice Communication Analyst shall work with the Project Manager to define work tasks and resolve problem areas.
    • The Voice Communication Analyst shall schedule on-going work and specific work orders for miscellaneous tasks in an efficient, responsive manner, ascertaining EPA priorities designated by the Project Manager.
    • The Voice Communication Analyst shall review the performance of his/her employees, making recommendations to the Project Manager on changes that would improve efficiency of the contract operation.

     

    Qualifications

    • Seven (7)+ years experience managing in-house phone system integration in both PSTN and VoIP.
    • Three (3)+ years experience in Avaya systems administration and Cisco/Tandberg video conferencing systems.
