    ITility is looking for an Senior Integrated Management Schedule (IMS) Analyst to support the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Financial Systems Modernization (FSM) program. This project provides services support in two general business areas to include JPMO and the Travel Management Team. The DHS FSM program requires support for Overall Program Management/Leadership, Project and Financial Management, IT Management, and Business Transformation. These functions will be performed to facilitate the modernization of financial management systems at DHS and its components and directorates. The Travel Management team requires guidance and oversight support for the travel program. This includes guidance and oversight of system integration to the travel system and information technology planning and coordination.

    Responsibilities

    The Integrated Master Schedule Senior Analyst will work within the FSM JPMO’s Project and Financial Management branch, and will manage and oversee all project management, (including System Engineering Lifecycle (SELC) deliverables, risk and schedule management), funds management, and performance management for the FSM program. Specific Duties include:

    • Support the IMS Coordinator to develop, update, and maintain an IMS that accounts for all tasks, deliverables and milestones. The IMS shall contain milestones, dependencies, critical paths, exit criteria, and activities associated with the work to be performed.
    • Develop and manage the overall Department level FSM IMS, Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), and responsibility assignment matrices to include detailed, discrete work packages and planning packages necessary to support the events, accomplishments,\ and criteria aligned with the overall implementation.
    • Work with Components to develop their master schedules, WBS, and responsibility assignment matrix.
    • Ensure deliverables and tasks identified in component level master schedules are accounted for in the Departmental IMS.
    • Lead Departmental IMS status meetings for the purpose of tracking project progress.
    • Monitor and report progress against the IMS.
    • Identify and quantify schedule risk and provide optimistic, expected, and pessimistic durations for each schedule activity and event.
    • Identify potential schedule slips, and monitor the status of project milestones and task completions.
    • Work with the FSM JPMO Risk Management Officer and FSM JPMO leadership to identify risks that might impact the timely completion of tasks within the IMS and to take\ steps to mitigate or eliminate such risks.
    • Produce reports that can be shared with FSM JPMO, Departmental, and external agency leadership showing progress against the established IMS.

    Qualifications

    Desired Education: MS

    Desired Experience: 12 yrs. total/ 8 yrs. specific Requirements Management Experience

    Minimum Education: BS/BA

    Minimum Experience: 12 yrs. total/ 4 yrs. specific Requirements Management Experience

     

    Security Requirements: Must be able to pass a suitability/background investigation with the DHS Office of Security, Personnel Security Division.
