ITility is looking for an experienced Program Manager to support the Department of Homeland Security, Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Financial Systems Modernization (FSM) program. This project provides services support in two general business areas to include JPMO and the Travel Management Team. The DHS FSM program requires support for Overall Program Management/Leadership, Project and Financial Management, IT Management, and Business Transformation. These functions will be performed to facilitate the modernization of financial management systems at DHS and its components and directorates. The Travel Management team requires guidance and oversight support for the travel program. This includes guidance and oversight of system integration to the travel system and information technology planning and coordination.
Support office systems, procedures, and policies on behalf of the FSM JPMO Program
Manager and Deputy Program Manager. Such systems may include DHS’s document sharing/collaboration sites and will involve establishing, maintaining and granting access to pages that JPMO staff will use to upload and collaborate on working files. Policy and procedure activities may include facilitating the clearance of communication materials, scheduling meetings with higher ranking officials with the Department, or coordinating efforts across branches of the JPMO.

Desired Experience: 12 yrs. total/ 8 yrs. specific Program Management Experience
Minimum Education: BS/BA
Minimum Experience: 12 yrs. total/ 6 yrs. specific Program Management Experience
Security Requirements: Must be able to pass a suitability/background investigation with the DHS Office of Security, Personnel Security Division.
