Overview

Perform as Lead Contractor to manage all Task Management Tool (TMT) taskers related to 9th Air Force (AF) and the Rear Mission Support Element (RMSE).

Perform as Lead Contractor to provide classroom instruction on Knowledge Management (KM) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) related to the needs of a Joint Task Force (JTF).

Responsibilities

Perform as Lead Contractor to collect, disseminate, and incorporate lessons learned from previous exercises and deployments into current planning.

Assist lead contractor Unit Training Manager to create and maintain student training database including courses taken, proficiency achieved, and Course Special Experience Identifiers (SEIs) awarded.

Perform as Lead Contractor to create and administer post-course student feedback surveys. Analyze results and provide recommendations for improvement quarterly.

Assist lead contractor Joint Task Force Computer and Communications Senior Planner to define the hardware and software requirements and configurations for JTF exercises both at home and deployed.

Perform as Lead contractor to participate or lead a monthly formalized information exchange program with like Joint Task Force (JTF) units sharing information such as lessons learned, best practices, training shortfalls and exercise training effectiveness.

Assist lead contractor Curriculum Senior Planner to advise and assist with an annual Syllabus Review Conference to provide input and changes to RMSE course syllabi.

Perform as Lead contractor to support JTF Training, Standardization and Evaluation (Stan Eval) programs by developing and maintaining any checklists, TTPs, Master Question Files (MQFs), and provide policy reviews.

Assist lead contractor Curriculum Senior Planner to review, coordinate, and prepare JTF Stan Eval MQF.

Assist lead contractor Master Scheduler/Event Coordinator to maintain the JTF Community of Practice website maintaining, reorganizing, and updating the customer’s Community of Practice website.

Qualifications

Required:

3 years of experience with Task Management Tool (TMT).

3 years of experience with management skills related to joint headquarters operations and training.

Desired:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

6 years of experience with TMT as a manager familiar with multiple Combatant Commands' (COCOMs’) and Major Commands' (MAJCOMs’) use of the system.

6 years of experience with management skills related to joint headquarters operations and training.
