  • Overview

    Management Analyst will support HQDA CIO/G-6 Senior Leadership and Directorates by synchronizing Fort Belvoir calendars, scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence and assisting Human Resource Management Services with briefing charts. Personnel will be responsible for administrative and logistical duties in support of the customer. 

     

    *Primary place of performance for this work is Ft. Belvoir, but employee will also work at the Pentagon as needed.*

    Responsibilities

    • Provide assistance with Government vehicle reservations and Pentagon parking
    • Assist in maintaining Government vehicle group calendars and confirming Government vehicle reservation
    • Manage HQDA internal team tasks and management of HQDA Tracking System for Human Resource Management Services (HRMS).
    • Provide updates to tracking system, format memorandum, and correspondence
    • Keep HRMS content current in HQDA CIO/G-6 SharePoint portal
    • Provide weekly SharePoint usage data, issues and resolutions
    • Other duties as required

    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Active Secret Security Clearance
    • SharePoint Experience
    • Experience working with the Headquarters Department of the Army (HQDA) staff
    • Previous/current experience working with 3-4 star level generals
    • Experience working at the Pentagon

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's Degree
