    ITility has an opening for an experienced National Counter-IED Capabilities Analysis Database Analyst to assist the DHS Office of Bombing Prevention support state and local support C-IED units utilize and interface with the National Counter IED Capability Analysis Database (NCAAD), and support NCAAD.

    Responsibilities

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

    • Assist in preparing monthly Program Management Review presentation materials
    • Monitor and update program master program schedule and calendar
    • Create program monthly status reports
    • Update system availability metrics
    • Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
    • Track program deliverables and progress
    • Participate in both program and corporate quality initiatives (ISO 9001)

     

    Qualifications

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

    • A Bachelor’s degree required
    • 2+ years of experience in a program management role
    • GovCon experience a plus
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
    • Eligible for DHS Suitability
    • Eligible for Secret Security Clearance
