Provide support to the Air Force Security Assistance and Cooperation (AFSAC) Directorate for the Security Cooperation Enterprise Solution (SCES).  Work will be conducted at the SCES Integrated Management Office (IMO) at Wright-Patterson AFB OH.


  • Provide technical architectures, logistics and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) subject matter expertise in the development of FMS business environment architecture artifacts.
  • Drive information standardization through data governance which engages the FMS business experts and stakeholder to come to agreement and enforce compliance.
  • Promote data standardization, business rule standardization, standard data management policies, and data architecture compliance.
  • Support the Air Force risk management strategy by defining file and data formats for FMS Legacy-to-ERP data exchanges.
  • Recommend and coordinate a change management approach that will drive broad acceptance and user adoption of the data migration efforts through assessing and managing risks, engaging, mobilizing and aligning leaders and managers, engaging and communicating with affected stakeholders, and preparing and equipping staff on any job changes or task additions associated with the SCES implementation effort.
  • Review and respond to SCES Change Requests (CRs) and conduct impact analysis.
  • Provide SCES support to multiple meetings/telecoms and provide coordination between various stakeholders.
  • Duties will require occasional Temporary Duty (TDY) travel to the National Capitol Region (NCR).



  • Bachelor of Arts or Science degree required.
  • Four (4) - Six (6) years’ experience and demonstrated ability to perform project tasks in the following areas:
    • Service Oriented Architecture
    • Enterprise ERP Application, and Software Development Lifecycle
    • Large scale AF FMS Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation
  • Experience working with an Air Force Program Management Office (PMO).
  • Working understanding of the Unfunded Requirements process and required coordination and documentation.
  • Understanding of DoD Law, Regulations, and Policy structures (ie. hierarchy within DoD).
  • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance
