  • Overview

    The Administrator shall exercise judgement in determining appropriate task response regarding RD, DRD, IP and SPC Desk Officers.  Organize, and manage assigned responsibilities in a highly dynamic work environment under minimal supervision. Work effectively with individuals at all levels to plan and coordinate activities across program and organizational lines.  Serve as focal point to advise overseas and domestic travelers on compliance responsibilities. Communicate effectively orally and in writing. Resolve issues and keep supervisor informed.

    Responsibilities

    • Building the schedule & arranging meetings for the SPC Officer Director
    • Developing Power Points if/as needed and editing or drafting/typing memorandums for SPC Office Director
    • Mastery of Federal Travel Regulations to advise and assist IP and SPC travelers and to ensure compliance.
    • Prepare status reports, briefing presentations, and special projects for review
    • Track projects and taskers as needed
    • Prepare charts, tables, graphs, and diagrams to assist in tracking and reporting program activities
    • Assist in gathering technical and programmatic input to support client briefings, status reports, and deliverable preparation
    • Coordinate and assist office personnel in completing tasks within the following areas: security/clearance processing, timesheet reporting, purchasing, travel preparation, training, material reproduction, inventory and annual reporting taskers
    • Support the Division Manager and members of the team in routine office administration, personnel, financial, database administration, and project requirements
    • Prepare monthly Status Reports for review and coordination with the appropriate manager
    • Track required information from other departments and update spreadsheets bimonthly
    • Enter and review MS Project Schedule information and coordination with the appropriate manager
    • Process Time and Attendance (T&A) for all of SPC
    • Facilitate supply orders, equipment maintenance contracts and ordering supplies for all of SPC

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of two (2) years professional experience in a related field
    • A qualified typist is required with a proficiency in Microsoft applications and Share Point
    • Working knowledge and ability to manage Excel databases and guidelines thereof
    • Knowledge of Federal Travel Regulations to advise and assist IP and SPC travelers and to ensure compliance.
    • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
