This position serves as an investigative assistant for the Diplomatic Security Counterintelligence Division (DS/ICI/CI). The Security Administrator will receive direct government oversight, assignments, and direction from the Division Chief for the DS/ICI/CI and/or through any of the three Branch Chiefs assigned to DS/ICI/CI in support of operational needs. The Administrator shall provide office management assistance to the CI Division.  The Administrator shall establish, coordinate, and manage administrative office procedures to support the DS/CI Mission.




·Support the Division Chief and members of the team in routine administration, personnel, time and attendance, database administration, and project requirements

·Responsible for all administrative and IT requirements for in-processing or newly arrived personnel

·Manage Supervisor’s schedule and appointments, place meetings on the Microsoft Outlook calendar, and confirm outside appointments in advance.

·Organize conference calls; handle logistical arrangement for office meetings, including coordinating with outside agencies/bureaus

·Support proper security protocols, act as a visitor escort, assists the division Security Officer in providing oversight of proper storage handling, and destruction of classified material

·Responsible for receipt and distribution of office mail

·Manage the vehicle fleet inventory, to include mileage logs, maintenance and placards

·Provide administrative support for reports, briefings, presentations and special projects

·Assist in preparing power point presentations, briefings lesson plans and training material as directed

·Perform other related duties as assigned.



Minimum Qualifications:

·U.S. Citizenship

·High School Diploma/GED

·Minimum of two years professional experience in a related field

·A qualified typist is required with a proficiency in the Microsoft Suite

·Working knowledge of MS Project

·Experience drafting and editing US government reports and documents

·Working knowledge and ability to manage Excel databases and guidelines thereof

·Possess strong multi-tasking skills with the ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume work environment

·Possess excellent organizational and follow-up skills

·Excellent interpersonal skills working with individuals at all levels within the organization

·Ability to communicate and coordinate effectively, both orally and in writing, with superiors, colleagues, business professionals, and the general public

·Ability to work independently on projects and issues within overall policy guidelines


Active Top Secret/SCI (TS/SCI) REQUIRED.
